Terms and Conditions - Leisure Tours India

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour with Leisure Tours India. These terms outline the rights and obligations of both the client (you) and Leisure Tours India (the company) regarding the tour arrangements. By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payments:

• 1.1. To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of the tour.
• 1.2. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other payment method specified by Leisure Tours India.
• 1.3. All prices quoted are in the currency specified by Leisure Tours India and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations and Refunds:
2.1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be effective upon receipt by Leisure Tours India.
2.2. In the event of cancellation by the client, the following cancellation charges will apply:

More than 60 days prior to the tour start date: Loss of deposit
30-60 days prior to the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost

Less than 30 days prior to the tour start date: 100% of the total tour cost
2.3. No refunds will be provided for any unused services or portions of the tour once it has commenced.
2.4. In the event that Leisure Tours India cancels a tour, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made to date.

Travel Documents:

3.1. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained before the tour. 3.2. Leisure Tours India will not be held responsible for any expenses or losses incurred due to the client's failure to obtain the required travel documents.

Travel Insurance:

4.1. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients and should be obtained before the tour. The insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accidents, and baggage loss or damage. 4.2. Leisure Tours India will not be held liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the client's failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.

Changes to Itinerary:

5.1. Leisure Tours India reserves the right to modify or change the itinerary, accommodation, and transportation arrangements if circumstances beyond our control necessitate such changes.
5.2. In the event of major changes to the itinerary before the tour starts, Leisure Tours India will inform the client as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives. If the client is not satisfied with the alternatives, a refund of the tour cost will be provided.
5.3. No refunds or compensation will be provided for changes to the itinerary made during the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation delays.

Liability:

6.1. Leisure Tours India acts as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other suppliers and is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense caused by the acts or omissions of such suppliers.
6.2. Leisure Tours India will not be held responsible for any injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.
6.3. The client acknowledges that travel involves certain inherent risks and agrees to participate in the tour at their own risk.
6.4. Leisure Tours India recommends that clients obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Leisure Tours India
